1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Listido ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
Listido is a personal habit tracking application available in a free (ad-supported) tier and a premium (subscription) tier. The App allows you to:
- Create and track daily, weekly, and monthly habits
- Monitor streaks and completion progress
- Track mood and health metrics
- Use a focus timer for productivity
- Earn achievements for consistency
- Export and import your data
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
- Not use the App to store or transmit harmful or illegal content
- Not circumvent, disable, or interfere with ad-serving or subscription verification mechanisms
- Maintain the security of your device and any exported data
5. Advertising
The free tier of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including:
- Banner ads: Small advertisements displayed at the edge of the screen.
- Interstitial ads: Full-screen advertisements displayed at natural transition points.
- Rewarded interstitial ads: Full-screen advertisements that, when watched in full, unlock temporary access to certain premium features (e.g., difficulty scaling, streak freeze, focus log).
Ad personalization depends on your consent and age group. For details on data collected by ads, see our Privacy Policy.
Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
Listido offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency. Prices are subject to change; any price change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice.
6.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.
6.3 Grace Periods
If a renewal payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), a grace period applies during which you retain access to premium features while the store retries the charge:

If payment is not recovered within the grace period, your subscription will expire and access to premium features will be revoked. You will revert to the free (ad-supported) tier.
6.4 Upgrading and Downgrading
You may change your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, the remaining value of your current plan is prorated and applied to the new plan. When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6.5 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription management settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until then.
- Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your store's subscription settings.
6.6 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the respective app store:
- Google Play: Request a refund
- Apple App Store: Request a refund
7. EU Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).
However, by initiating a download or making a purchase of digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered or the subscription service has commenced, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of said Directive.
If you have not yet accessed any premium features after purchase, you may request a refund through the respective app store within 14 days.
8. Rewarded Ads and Feature Unlocking
Certain premium features in the free tier can be temporarily unlocked by watching a rewarded interstitial advertisement in full. Temporary unlocks are:
- Valid for a single use or session only
- Not transferable and not equivalent to a subscription
- Subject to ad availability — we do not guarantee that rewarded ads will always be available
9. Data and Privacy
- All personal data is stored locally on your device
- We do not collect, store, or process personal data on our servers
- Anonymous crash reports are collected via Sentry to improve app stability
- Advertising data is collected by Google AdMob as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, icons, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Max Gerling Digital Solutions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The habit icons used in the App are provided by Lucide Icons under the ISC License.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of any health-related tracking
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Availability of advertisements or rewarded ad content
Listido is not a medical or health application. Mood and health tracking features are for personal informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Max Gerling Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, including habit history, streaks, or mood entries
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
- Any interruption in ad serving or subscription services
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
You are responsible for backing up your data using the App's export feature.
13. Data Loss
Since all data is stored locally on your device, data may be lost if you:
- Uninstall the App
- Reset your device
- Clear the App's storage
We strongly recommend using the export feature in Settings regularly to back up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.
14. Age Requirements
Listido is designed for a general audience. A neutral age screen is presented on first launch to determine appropriate privacy and advertising settings. Users under 13 receive only non-personalized ads and no personal data is collected. See our Privacy Policy for details.
15. Updates and Changes
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice and an updated "Last Updated" date.
16. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Important: Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription — you must cancel through Google Play or Apple App Store settings. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
17. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at mxgrlng@gmail.com to resolve any disputes amicably.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
For non-consumer users, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Paderborn, Germany.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
